VEGETARIAN FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS:

1. Garlic (5 Cloves)
2. Chilies (10)
3. Ginger paste
4. Cabbage
5. Mustard leaves
6. Mix vegetables (soak with warm water for 10 minutes)
7. Ketchup (As required)
8. Salt (As required)
9. Cooked rice

STEPS:

🌸 Heat the pan and add oil
🌸 Add garlic, chili, ginger paste one by one and saute well
🌸 Add cabbage and fry well (Add little water to enable the cabbage cook easily if required)
🌸 Add salt as required
🌸 Add mustard leaves
🌸 Fry well all the ingredients
🌸 Add salt water and mix well
🌸 Add mix vegetables and fry well
🌸 Add cooked rice
🌸 Add ketchup as required
🌸 Fry well the rice
🌸 Ready to serve
