SEMOLINA UPMA

INGREDIENTS:

1. Semolina 1 cup
2. Green chili
3. Ginger
4. Curry leaves
5. Water 1.5 cup
6. Salt
7. Sugar
8. Cumin seeds

STEPS:

🌸 Add oil and heat the pan.
🌸 Add in cumin seeds and fry for 1 minutes.
🌸 Add in chopped garlic and green chili.
🌸 Add in 1.5 cup of water.
🌸 Add in curry leaves.
🌸 Stir well for a while.
🌸 Add in salt as required.
🌸 Once it start to boil, turn to low flame.
🌸 Add in semolina and stir quickly.
🌸 Add 1 spoon of sugar and stir well to avoid it become lump.
🌸 Add another 1 spoon of sugar and stir well.
🌸 Ready to serve for breakfast/tea break.
