TAPIOCA CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS:

1. Tapioca (steamed and smashed)
2. Onion (4)
3. Chillies (10)
4. Ginger Paste
5. Curry Leaves
6. Coriander Leaves
7. Plain Flour (1 Spoon)

STEPS:

🌸 First steamed and smashed the tapioca
🌸 Add in onion, chilli, ginger paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves one by one and mix well
🌸 Add 1 spoon plain flour and mix well until dough is form
🌸 Make the cutles and deep fry
🌸 Ready to serve with evening tea
