TAPIOCA SWEET BALL

Tapioca is a starch from the roots of the cassava plant. Tapioca sweet ball can best served as evening snack for children. The grated coconut mix with smashed tapioca is a unique combination which give wonderful taste. It has brown and crispy texture. Tapioca sweet ball will be good source of carbohydrate.

INGREDIENTS:

1. Tapioca 500g (boiled and smashed)
2. Sugar as desired
3. Grated Coconut
4. 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
5. 2 tbs Semolina (Rava)
6. 2 tbs Corn Flour

STEPS:

🌸 First boil and smash the tapioca
🌸 Add in sugar, grated coconut, wheat flour, semolina and corn flour and mix until dough is form
🌸 Make a ball and deep fry
🌸 Ready to serve with evening tea
