SEMOLINA UPMA

INGREDIENTS: 1. Semolina 1 cup 2. Green chili 3. Ginger 4. Curry leaves 5. Water 1.5 cup 6. Salt 7. Sugar 8. Cumin seeds STEPS: 🌸 Add oil and heat the pan. 🌸 Add in cumin seeds and fry for 1 minutes. 🌸 Add in chopped garlic and green chili. 🌸 Add in 1.5 cup of water. 🌸 Add in curry leaves. 🌸 Stir well for a while. 🌸 Add in salt as required. 🌸 Once it start to boil, turn to low flame. 🌸 Add in semolina and stir quickly. 🌸 Add 1 spoon of sugar and stir well to avoid it become lump. 🌸 Add another 1 spoon of sugar and stir well. 🌸 Ready to serve for breakfast/tea break.

BITTER BEANS SPICY GRAVY

INGREDIENTS: 1.Bitter Beans (100g) soak in hot water around half an haur and cut into small 2.Onion (5 big size) 3.Garlic (10 clove) 4.Ginger (smashed) 5.Oil as required 6.Salt as required 7.Grinded dried red chili 8.Tomato 5 chopped 9.One cup of water STEPS: 🌸 Firstly add oil in the pan and heat the pan 🌸 Add in garlic and stir until golden brown 🌸 Add in chopped onion and stir well until aroma arose 🌸 Add in smashed ginger and mix well 🌸 Add in tomato and mix well until cooked 🌸 Add in bitter beans and let it cooked 🌸 Add in grinded dried red chili and saute to get rid of raw smell of chili 🌸 Add in one cup of water and keep stirring to avoid burnt 🌸 Add in salt as required 🌸 Ready to serve

MUSHROOM MIX VEGE STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS: 1. Oyster mushroom 2. Sweet beans 3. Carrot 4. Black pepper souce 5. Onion 6. Garlic 7. Curry leaves 8. Oil 9. Bird chili 10. Ginger 11. Turmeric 12. Salt 13. Water STEPS: 🌸 Add oil and heat the pan 🌸 Add in the garlic, onion, bird chili, curry leaves and ginger 🌸 Let it fry until you can feel the aroma 🌸 Then add the oyster mushroom and stir it 🌸 Add salt and turmeric as required 🌸 Stir until the mushroom cook well 🌸 Add in the sweet bean 🌸 Stir again for a few minutes and then add some water 🌸 Add carrot and stir for 4 to 5 minutes 🌸 The food is ready to serve

TAPIOCA SWEET BALL

Tapioca is a starch from the roots of the cassava plant. Tapioca sweet ball can best served as evening snack for children. The grated coconut mix with smashed tapioca is a unique combination which give wonderful taste. It has brown and crispy texture. Tapioca sweet ball will be good source of carbohydrate. INGREDIENTS: 1. Tapioca 500g (boiled and smashed) 2. Sugar as desired 3. Grated Coconut 4. 1/2 cup Wheat Flour 5. 2 tbs Semolina (Rava) 6. 2 tbs Corn Flour STEPS: 🌸 First boil and smash the tapioca 🌸 Add in sugar, grated coconut, wheat flour, semolina and corn flour and mix until dough is form 🌸 Make a ball and deep fry 🌸 Ready to serve with evening tea
