Spicy Sour Sweet Pumpkin

INGREDIENTS: 1. Sweet Pumpkin (1/2) 2. Onion (1) 3. Garlic (5 cloves) 4. Tomatoes (2) 5. Tamarind water (1/2 cup) 6. Dry chili paste STEPS: 🌸 Boil the pumpkin until tender for 15 minutes  🌸 Heat the oil  🌸 Add in garlic and onion one by one  🌸 Saute well until the color turns slightly brownish  🌸 Add in tomatoes  🌸 Add in dry chili paste as required  🌸 Saute well until oil shattered  🌸 Add in tamarind water  🌸 Add in salt as required  🌸 Add in boiled pumpkin  🌸 Mix well  🌸 Ready to serve

INGREDIENTS: 1. Gooseberry 2. Blended dry chilies powder (As required) 3. Mustard seeds mixture 4. Curry leaves 5. Fenugreek powder (1 ts) 6. Asafoetida powder (1 ts) 7. Salt (As required) STEPS: 🌸 Boil the gooseberry for 10 minutes 🌸 Heat the oil 🌸 Add mustard seeds mixture 🌸 Lower the flame & add dry chili powder 🌸 Add fenugreek powder (1 ts) 🌸 Add asafoetida powder (1 ts) 🌸 Add salt (As required) 🌸 Add brown sugar (1 ts) 🌸 Soute well 🌸 Add goosebery 🌸 Mix well the gooseberry 🌸 Add curry leaves 🌸 Ready to serve

VEGETARIAN FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS: 1. Garlic (5 Cloves) 2. Chilies (10) 3. Ginger paste 4. Cabbage 5. Mustard leaves 6. Mix vegetables (soak with warm water for 10 minutes) 7. Ketchup (As required) 8. Salt (As required) 9. Cooked rice STEPS: 🌸 Heat the pan and add oil 🌸 Add garlic, chili, ginger paste one by one and saute well 🌸 Add cabbage and fry well (Add little water to enable the cabbage cook easily if required) 🌸 Add salt as required 🌸 Add mustard leaves 🌸 Fry well all the ingredients 🌸 Add salt water and mix well 🌸 Add mix vegetables and fry well 🌸 Add cooked rice 🌸 Add ketchup as required 🌸 Fry well the rice 🌸 Ready to serve

Cabbage And Carrot Stir Fry

Cabbage and carrot stir fry can best served as side dish for lunch or dinner.The combination of these gave a good taste with slight spicy. This dish is easy to prepare. INGREDIENTS: 1. Garlic- 5 cloves 2. Chili - 10 3. Onion - 1 4. Carrot - 1 5. Cabbage - 1/2 cabbage 6. Water - 1 glass 7. Turmeric STEPS: 🌸 Add oil and heat the pan 🌸 Add garlic, onion, chili one by one and saute well 🌸 Add cabbage and stir well 🌸 Add turmeric as required and stir well 🌸 Add water 1 glass for cabbage to cook well 🌸 After water fully absorbed, add carrot and stir well for 3 minutes 🌸 Cabbage + carrot stir is ready to serve.

Salt STEPS: 🌸 Heat the oil 🌸 Add in garlic, onion and chilies, one by one 🌸 Fry it well until colour change to brownish 🌸 Add in the spinach 🌸 Fry well the spinach 🌸 Add in salt as required 🌸 Fry it well until dry (no water left) 🌸 Ready to serve
