MACKEREL SARDINE CURRY

INGREDIENTS: 1. Mackerel fish 2. Onion 3. Garlic 4. Fenugreek 5. Potatoes 6. Tomatoes 7. Brinjal 8. Curry leaves 9. Tamarind water 10. Cocunut milk 11. Milk 12. Fish curry powder STEPS: 🌸 Firstly heat the pan and pour some oil 🌸 Add in fenugreek 🌸 Add in garlic 🌸 Add in onion 🌸 Add in curry leaves 🌸 Add potatoes 🌸 Add brinjal 🌸 Add tamarind water 🌸 Add fish curry powder 🌸 Mix well all the ingredients 🌸 Close the pan and leave it boil for a few minutes 🌸 After few minutes open the lid and mix it well 🌸 Add in the half of the coconut milk first 🌸 Mix it well again 🌸 Then add in other half of the coconut milk 🌸 Leave it boil for a few minutes 🌸 Then add in the tomatoes 🌸 Finally add in the mackerel sardine 🌸 And then mix well all the ingredients 🌸 Add in salt as required 🌸 Ready to serve!

INGREDIENTS: 1. Mysore dhal 250g 2. Garlic-1 3. Turmeric powder 4. Tomato-2 5. Snake gourd-1 6. Salt 7. Mustard seeds mixture 8. Curry leaves STEPS: 🌸 Boil mysore dhal together with garlic and chili 🌸 After the mixture start to boil, add tomato and stir well 🌸 Add turmeric powder and snake gourd 🌸 Add required salt and fried cumin seed powder(optional) 🌸 Fry mustard seeds mixture and curry leaves in different pan. 🌸 Add the fried mixture to dhal mixture 🌸 Dhal curry is ready to serve

Cooked rice (quantity for 2 people) STEPS: 🌸 Heat the pan and add oil 🌸 Fry the anchovies and keep aside 🌸 Add garlic, chili, beaten egg one by one and saute well 🌸 Add the cooked rice (mix well) 🌸 Add anchovies fried rice powder (option: 1/2 tomyam sup cube ) 🌸 Add ketchup (mix well) 🌸 Add the fried anchovies 🌸 Mix well 🌸 Ready to serve

STEAMED LAYER CAKE

INGREDIENTS: 1. 2 cup of rice flour 2. 3 tbs of wheat flour 3. 2 tbs of corn flour 4. 3/4 cup of sugar 5. 4 cup of coconut milk 6. 2 different colours STEPS: 🌸 Heat coconut milk ( low flame). 🌸 Mix together rice flour, wheat flour, corn flour, sugar and add in the the coconut milk .Then, stir until all mixed well. 🌸 Divide the mixture into two and put desired colour on each mixture. 🌸 Prepare the water for steaming to last layer 20 minutes. 🌸Cool down and ready to serve .

VEGETARIAN FRIED MEE HOON

INGREDIENTS: 1. 5 Cloves garlic 2. Ginger Paste 3. Chili (According to Required spicy) 4. 1 Onion 5. 1 Carrot 6. Mee Hoon (Required amount) 7. Ketchup 8. ONDE-ONDE

INGREDIENTS: 1. Glutinous Rice (2 cup) 2. Wheat Flour 2 Tablespoons 3. Water 200ml combined with 1 tbs of pandan emulco (would be nice if have pandan leaf) 4. Black sugar 5. Grated coconut 6. Pinch of salt STEPS: 🌸 Mix the Glutinous rice, wheat flour and pinch of salt 🌸 Add in mixed water slowly until the dough form (soft and not sticking) 🌸 Then form round ball and press flat to put the black sugar as required and close it and make it round 🌸 After finish rounding, put it in boiling water and wait until the balls floating on top 🌸 After take out from boiling water, put it into grated coconut and its ready to serve 😋 (i just mix it with black sugar as I taken extra

ORANGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS: 1. Butter 2. Brown sugar 150gm 3. Egg - 4 4. Wheat flour 200gm 5. Baking powder 2 1/2 tsp 6. Squezed fresh orange juice - 3 STEPS: 🌸 Mix butter and brown sugar until light(sugar not dissolved) with medium speed,(3rd speed 3-4 minutes). 🌸 Add in egg one by one.Beat well after each addition of egg until creamy. 🌸 Change to low speed to add the wheat flour in 3 portion. 🌸 Add the fresh orange juice and mix until well combined 🌸 Pour into greased baking pan. 🌸 In meantime, preheat the oven at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes. 🌸 Bake at 180 degree celcius for 45 minutes until golden colour 🌸 Ready to serve
